Global Energy Trade AD is a trading and consulting company working in the area of energy projects development and implementation, supply and distribution of energy generating equipment in Eastern Europe, the Balkan region and other countries, working in cooperation with leading producers of energy generating equipment. The company is registered in Trade Register of Bulgaria on 20.04.2017 year with trade reg. No: EIK 204556320.

Global Energy Trade AD is acting as an agent of Ansaldo Energia SpA and is looking to arrange the sale and delivery of energy generating equipment in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Balkan region, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Global Energy Trade AD works together with Ansaldo Energia SpA, Genoa, on the marketing and sale of equipment for energy production, as well as engineering services related to this activity, in the Balkans , in particular Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Greece, Macedonia and Croatia, as well as in Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and assistance in participating in tenders for the supply of equipment / gas turbines and associated complex equipment /, manufactured from Ansaldo Energia SpA, Genoa, in projects related to the construction of new energy facilities, as well as repair and maintenance of existing ones.

Global Energy Trade AD provides all possible legal and factual actions, advise, arrange necessary meetings with local authorities, investors, public or private companies or persons authorized by them in connection with the supply and maintenance of equipment manufactured by Ansaldo Energia SpA or spare parts, preparation of marketing and financial analyses, business analyses, participation in the design and development of projects for the construction or expansion of energy facilities, participation and advice to Ansaldo Energia SpA in tendering procedures and any other activities. The agreed relations between the parties under this Annex cover the territory of the Balkans, in particular Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Greece, Macedonia and Croatia, as well as Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in relation to the activities of providing assistance to Ansaldo Energia SpA concerning the supply and maintenance of equipment and spare parts, the construction of new energy facilities, as well as the repair and maintenance of existing ones.

Global Energy Trade AD have signed Subagent Agreement HES/GET/021121 from November 02, 2021 with company HEMAS s.r.o. which has signed contract with Terminal: CEGH Baumgarten.
